1. Using Court Replay
Court Replay is a sports video-analysis service operated by Claimjumper LLC. These terms cover its website, applications and related features as they become available, including accounts, uploaded content and use of the service.
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service to harass people, access someone else’s account, bypass restrictions or disrupt our systems.
Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Court Replay account. We do not offer accounts for under-18s through parental permission.
2. Your recordings
You retain ownership of the content you upload. Only upload recordings you are entitled to use, and make sure the people you record receive appropriate information and that you have any necessary permissions, including from a parent or guardian where required.
Take care with recordings that include children, bystanders or private conversations. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
An uploader’s agreement does not remove the privacy rights of other people in a recording.
3. Permission to process
You grant Claimjumper LLC non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, process and adapt your content, and generate outputs, as needed to provide Court Replay and enable sharing you request. Authorized service providers may perform these activities on our behalf.
This permission also covers selected recordings and associated data used to develop, train, test and improve the AI systems that power Court Replay’s sports video analysis and related performance insights, including commercial use within Court Replay. Authorized service providers may assist with this work. We do not use recordings for model training when we know they include anyone under 18.
Any use of personal data remains subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy’s model-improvement section. This content permission does not replace a lawful basis for processing personal data.
4. Analysis has limits
AI-generated analysis and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them as aids when reviewing your match, with your own judgment.
Coaching suggestions are general sporting information, not medical advice. Keep a copy of any original recording you want to preserve.
5. Service & account access
As an early-stage service, Court Replay may add, change or retire features, supported formats and usage limits. We may need to interrupt access for maintenance or restrict accounts that misuse the service.
We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that adversely affect your use where required by applicable law, and explain account restrictions where practical. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate action. Changes remain subject to your statutory rights and any specific commitments we have made to you.
6. Hour packs and payment
If you buy hour packs, they are sold through Link (Stripe) as merchant of record. Payment, receipts, refunds and payment support go through Link support. For questions about the service itself, email support@court-replay.ai. Court Replay is still operated by Claimjumper LLC, as described in section 1.
Bought minutes never expire. We may also give you free minutes. They cannot be bought, have no cash value, and the free allowance may change. Free minutes are used first, then your packs, oldest purchase first.
What a match costs. Each match you upload costs the total length of its video, rounded down to the whole minute, with a minimum of 5 minutes. You are never charged more than the cost shown before you confirmed. If processing fails on our side, the minutes come back to you automatically.
Refunds and disputes. If a purchase is refunded or disputed with your bank, that pack’s minutes are removed (for a partial refund, the same share of them). Any of those minutes you have already used are taken from your other packs, and any remainder is deducted from your next purchases, so your balance of bought minutes can go negative until then. If a dispute is decided in our favour, everything it removed is restored.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using Court Replay and request deletion of your account or personal data by emailing support@court-replay.ai. How we handle personal data and retained copies is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Removing a match from your library does not necessarily remove copies previously selected for model development. Any continued retention after match removal or account deletion requires a valid legal basis and a continuing need, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not override an applicable erasure request or objection, or grant indefinite retention.
Ending your use does not waive your statutory rights or those of other people in your recordings.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will date each published version and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required by law, through an appropriate notice such as an in-service message or email.
Updates remain subject to applicable consumer rights and any required acceptance. Updating these terms does not itself authorize new uses of personal data; those are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
